I've been taking this with breakfast for about three weeks and my knee stiffness is noticeably less. The powdered turmeric mixes easily into my smoothie without a weird aftertaste.
I've been taking this for a few weeks and the addition of Bioperine really seems to help with absorption—my stiff knees are noticeably less creaky in the mornings.
