Flex กับ Glucosamine, Collagen UC-II® และ Boswellia

I’ve been using this every morning for a few weeks now, and the UC-II® collagen really seems to help with the creaky feeling in my knees after long walks. The boswellia is a nice bonus too, since I’m not as wiped out by the end of the day.
