ナッツバー

Finally a bar that tastes like actual food, not a candy bar pretending to be healthy. The date and walnut combo is perfectly chewy with just the right crunch, and the protein from the egg whites makes it surprisingly filling for a small snack.

The texture is perfect—chewy from the dates with a solid crunch from the nuts, and the protein kick actually kept me full past lunch. I've already eaten three this week just as a desk snack, and it beats anything with added sugar I've tried.

I grabbed one before my afternoon hike and the protein from the egg whites kept me going for the full two hours. The dates and walnut give it just the right natural sweetness without any junk.
