No artificial aftertaste, which surprised me for a protein powder. It dissolves clean in cold water, and I can actually taste the milkiness from the grass-fed cows coming through.
Mixes into my morning smoothie with zero chalkiness, which is rare for an unflavored isolate. Knowing it comes from grass-fed, free-range cows makes the slightly higher price feel worth it.
