I’ve been using these as a quick breakfast before work, and the natural sweetness from the dates is just perfect—no artificial aftertaste at all. The coconut shreds give it a nice little crunch that keeps things interesting.

The texture is surprisingly soft and chewy, not dry like other protein bars. I love that the sweetness comes purely from dates—they taste just like a real piña colada.

I was hoping for a bit more pineapple punch, but the natural date sweetness and the chewy texture from the egg white make these a solid afternoon snack. Four stars because the coconut flavor is way more subtle than I expected.
