I was pleasantly surprised by how the ginger and lemon balance the goji sweetness – and the texture from the egg white protein is firm but not dry. Perfect for a quick hike or post-workout snack.

The combination of lemon and ginger gives these bars a nice zing without being overpowering. I just wish the texture was a bit less crumbly, especially when they're cold.
