After just three weeks of taking these capsules with UC-II collagen, I can already tell a difference in my knee stiffness when I get up from my desk. The Boswellia seems to help with the occasional ache I used to get after long walks.

I’ve been taking this joint supplement for a month and the morning stiffness is definitely milder. The glucosamine and collagen combo seems to help, but the capsules are a bit large for me.
